CBO UK will reprint the order for eligible claims. We cannot guarantee refunds for customer errors, and there may be additional charges for setup and shipping.

The CBO UK website displays all prices in GBP (£). Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment, which includes taxes and shipping fees.
Orders may be cancelled for a fee of £100 and 5% of the total order amount within four hours of proof approval. A 50% of the order value will be charged to cover production costs for cancellations made after 24 hours. Once production commences, cancellations are not permitted.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the uploaded artwork complies with CBO UK's format requirements, which include a 300 dpi resolution and CMYK colour mode. CBO UK is not responsible for printing inaccuracies that are the result of low-resolution files or incorrect formats provided by customers.
Users verify their proprietorship or authorisation to utilise the files by uploading artwork. CBO UK reserves the right to refuse orders that contain content that is objectionable, inappropriate, or unlawful.
The customer must examine and approve the proofs prior to production. Turnaround times may be impacted by any delays that result from delayed approval. CBO UK is not responsible for any errors that may have been overlooked in the approved proofs, such as discrepancies in colour, design layout, or orthography.
The colours may differ marginally from the original design as a result of the printing process's limitations. CBO UK does not guarantee precise colour matching.
Customers who are exempt from taxes are required to submit a legitimate tax exemption certificate at the time of order placement.
